Poorboy Vintage is a bold, independent fashion retailer redefining vintage clothing for a new generation. With a focus on individuality and sustainable fashion, I chose to rework their visual identity as a passion project to create something that I felt better reflected the business with a contemporary edge.
My approach was to create a visual identity that was bold, authentic, and effortlessly cool which played on their original concept. A distinctive wordmark anchors the identity, with its bold and vintage typefaces. The anchor symbol combines a person with the anchor, creating a modern and unique icon that can be used independently from the wordmark. A bold set of icons support the visual identity and a curated colour palette brings energy to the brand across digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring Poorboy Vintage stands out in a crowded marketplace.
The result is a brand that would challenge conventions, something that celebrates self-expression and sustainability with style.
